We are passionate occupational therapists committed to supporting children and their families in reaching their goals. We provide in-person therapy at preschools, schools, and homes across the Sunshine Coast, as well as online therapy services throughout Australia.
Our Approach
The nervous system helps kids do everything - move, talk, listen, eat, play, and calm down when upset. It also helps them make sense of the world around them through their senses (like touch, sound, movement, and sight). At Little Joey’s Therapy Group, we believe that strong foundations create lasting change. Our approach focuses on supporting the sensory systems first, which are essential building blocks for a child’s overall development. By helping children process and use sensory information effectively, we lay the groundwork for growth in key areas such as motor skills, daily living activities, emotional regulation, behaviour, and social learning.
