Josephine Bayley
Occupational Therapist

Josephine is an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who believes therapy should be as fun as it is effective! With seven years of experience and as the proud director of Little Joey’s Therapy Group, she blends expertise with creativity to help children and their families reach their goals. She’s dedicated to using the best evidence-based practices and constantly learning new ways to make therapy engaging and impactful. Josephine has completed several additional professional development courses in Sensory Integration and Regulation. She believes that when children are provided with support and tools to feel safe, calm and connected - they achieve their best.

In her spare time, Josephine enjoys occupations including hiking, relaxing on the beach, wakeboarding or playing sports like netball and touch rugby league. Josephine also loves cooking and spending time with family and friends. Josephine believes that being able to help others to also do the things (“occupations”) that bring them joy and purpose is the best job in the world.

Josephine looks forward to working with you on your goals, no matter how big or small.
